Hey, I’m Joe with Chasin’ Racin’. I’m building a full line of custom trading cards and local racing memorabilia, and I want to include work from the best short‑track photographers in the region. My goal is to highlight your talent, give you proper credit, and make sure you’re compensated fairly for any images I use.
Here’s what you get out of it:
First — guaranteed credit. Every time your photo appears on a trading card, on memorabilia, or on my website, your name is attached. Fans see it, drivers see it, tracks see it, and sponsors see it. It’s real exposure that helps you grow your portfolio and reputation.
Second — negotiated compensation. I don’t expect photographers to work for free. For any image or gallery that I use, we agree on a fair price upfront. You keep full copyright — I’m only licensing the image for the specific products we discuss. You stay in control of your work.
Third — expanded reach. Your photos get distributed through trading cards, memorabilia, social media, and the Chasin’ Racin’ platform. That puts your work in front of a much larger audience than a single gallery link. It’s a way to get your photography circulating in the community in a professional, collectible format.
Fourth — community and collaboration. This project is about lifting up local talent — drivers, tracks, and photographers. I’m not trying to replace anyone’s business. I’m trying to build something that showcases the people who make short‑track racing what it is. When photographers are involved, the whole product line looks better and the whole community benefits.

PHOTOGRAPHER CONTENT LICENSE & RELEASE AGREEMENT Chasin’ Racin’ LLC – Custom Trading Cards & Memorabilia
This Agreement is made between Chasin’ Racin’ LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned photographer (“Photographer”).
1. Grant of Rights
Photographer grants Company a non‑exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the purchased or licensed photographs (“Images”) for the purpose of producing:
Custom trading cards
Posters, prints, and memorabilia
Digital and physical promotional materials
Website and social media content related to the above products
2. Compensation
Photographer acknowledges that compensation for the Images will be negotiated individually and agreed upon prior to use. Payment constitutes full consideration for the rights granted.
3. Ownership
Photographer retains copyright ownership of the Images. Company is granted the right to crop, resize, or make minor edits necessary for product formatting.
4. Photographer Representations
Photographer represents that:
They are the sole creator and copyright holder of the Images
The Images do not infringe on any third‑party rights
They have the authority to grant this license
5. Credit (Optional)
Company will provide photographer credit when reasonably possible. Photographer may opt out of credit if desired.
6. Release of Claims
Photographer releases Company from any claims related to the permitted use of the Images as described in this Agreement.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties.
